This is one special headphone. I gotta start with that.
Special because its a birthday present from a very special person. My mentor, my friend, Rene Suhardono & family (+Rene Suhardono Canoneo & +Intan Yamuna). That's one. But another reason its because its a collaboration product.
I love collaboration products. Its the reason I cofound @CommaID anyways.
I have with me Nike Dunk x APC, Nike Lunar Spider x Gyakusou, etc.. but mostly shoes. Finally I got a gadget that is a product of collaboration.
This time is Bang & Olufsen Form2i x Pepsi.
The way they do it is they work with artist like Zosen, Merijn Hos, Hettie Stewart & Ricardo Akn for the H6 headphones. I got the white edition, artwork by Zosen, visual artist from Argentina, co founder of a street wear label Animal Bandido. Awesome work.
This taste of art, he puts it to a headphone, the brand that deserves it, the one & only, the elegant, Bang & Olufsen. Hell, I have never had a B&O products before. Too scared to ask for the price, to be honest.
Its not a top quality in terms of its sound performance & noise cancellation. Sure there are lots of high end headphones out there. Its not even top of the line in B&O headphone series.
Its not waterproof, its not for exercising as well.
But this one is all about the design, and added to that is the touch of Zosen. If you look at the detail, material and branding placement, you know you are in a different league when you wear this.
